Have Wintergreen Weapons showed up yet?
Ive searched and cant find any information or a NPC for the wintergreen weapons which were to be rewarded for voting on the Xunlai tournament ,has anyone got any word on these yet?

as specified on the xunlai tournament house page, he will appear within 30 days after the tournament end (17 december) and will stay for 30 days to hand out prizes
